Great People means Great Business

Throughout this week I have been meeting individually with our employees, I have been asking them to provide me with a little feedback on their work they are involved in. We have a great bunch of Staff and we as a company care very much about how each person feels within their role. In general our staff are happy, they did stress that it was great to sit down individually to chat about things that they may not have spoken about as a group. Do you meet with your staff on a regular basis?

It is a fact when you have great people you have a great business! If you don't take care of your people they will not take care of your customers.......

When your staff is happy coming to work each day then they will perform to a higher standard, assuring a great experience for your customers.

I love to think that our staff are keen to go that extra mile for our customers.

This was an image that one of our Head drivers sent to me this morning. I have been asking our staff to send me content to use across our social media platforms and our Blog.



What is your thoughts? Do you try to accommodate your staff and ensure they are happy at work? Do you provide a job description and expect staff to follow it without being consicous of their personal thoughts and performance?

I am keen to hear from other businesses on how they try to keep their employees interested.

A1 Coaches is a business with a vision, We feel communication is key. It is imperative that we keep our staff informed and interested to make sure everyone is heading in the same direction.
